I am a child and adolescent therapist passionate about supporting neurodivergent kids and teens as they navigate a world that isn’t always designed for the way their brilliant brains work. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens who experience challenges related to ADHD, Autism (lvl 1), AuDHD, Sensory Processing differences, anxiety, depression, and school-based struggles such as executive functioning, peer conflict, testing stress, and self-esteem.
My therapy style is warm, playful, and deeply relational. I focus on creating a space where young people can bring their full selves—messy, magical, and everything in between—without fear of judgment. I work from a team-based approach, often incorporating parents, caregivers, siblings, and educators into the healing process, because I believe kids thrive best when the whole village is supported.
I don’t believe in “fixing” kids. Instead, I help them grow into a fuller understanding of who they are, why they are, and what they hope for themselves. I draw on my expertise in play therapy, TF-CBT, and attachment-based models to tailor each session to meet your child where they are—creatively, developmentally, and emotionally.

Previous Work Experience
My journey to becoming a therapist started in the classroom. I began my career as an elementary school teacher and quickly realized that what I loved most was helping kids understand their emotions and build resilience—not just their math facts. That led me to pursue a graduate program focused on the relational aspects of therapy, blending emotional development with interpersonal connection. After earning my degree, I worked as a school-based therapist, where I partnered closely with teachers and school staff to create trauma-informed classrooms and develop behavior support strategies. That experience deepened my passion for collaboration and gave me firsthand insight into the challenges neurodivergent students face in school environments.

Why I do what I do!
I truly believe that empowering and encouraging our children now helps heal the world they’ll grow into. And to do that, they need to feel safe, seen, and supported from the start.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me curled up with a good book, spending time in the mountains, cooking or baking something cozy, playing games with my husband, or hanging out with my two very opinionated cats.
